Not every group is large enough for a different rate, and we will say so. If it is, you get the terms in writing before anyone signs up.

How many people do we need for a corporate rate?
It depends on the size of the group and which club they will use. There is no published minimum on the website because the number that works for a West Cincinnati shop is not always the number that works for a North Cincinnati office. Send the headcount and we will tell you straight.
Do employees get the same club as regular members?
Yes. A corporate rate is a price, not a different membership. They get the same 24/7 floor, sauna, lockers and app. Personal Training and Group Fitness are still booked separately.
Can the company cover part of the dues?
Yes. Some employers pay the whole bill, some split it, some hand employees a discounted join link and leave the rest to them. Tell us which you want when you write.
Which club does a corporate membership cover?
The club each person joins. Memberships are per location. North Cincinnati at 1192 W Kemper Road, or West Cincinnati at 5527 Bridgetown Road. If the team is split across town, we can set people up at either club.
Do corporate memberships require a long-term contract?
Monthly memberships are month to month. We are not going to lock a company into a multi-year gym agreement. If a prepaid annual makes more sense for your group, we can talk through that the same way we do for individuals.
How do employees sign up?
Once the rate is agreed, they join at the front desk or through the same online checkout other members use. We will tell you exactly which path to send them down so nobody pays the walk-in price by mistake.
