Membership & Billing

How do I join?

Join online on the memberships page, or at the front desk. After you sign up, pick up your keyfob at the club you joined. If you are coming in to tour or sign paperwork, call first — staffed hours change with the season.

Is there a long-term contract?

Monthly plans are month to month. You can cancel whenever, and there is no cancellation fee. If you would rather pay once, annual plans cover the year and skip the enhancement fee.

How much does a membership cost?

Individual is $39.99 a month, Couple is $69.99, and Family starts at $99.99. Dual Access is $54.99 for one person or $84.99 for two. Paying annually is $399 for Individual or $699 for Couple, and those skip the enhancement fee. Tax is extra on every plan.

Which club does my membership cover?

Each membership is for one club, unless you choose Dual Access. North Cincinnati is on Kemper Road, with steam and tanning. West Cincinnati is on Bridgetown Road, with the smoothie bar and the group fitness schedule. If you move, call us or use the contact form and we can switch your home club.

What is Dual Access?

One keyfob that opens both clubs. Individual Dual is $54.99 a month. Couple Dual is $84.99. There is no Family Dual plan.

What is included in a membership?

The strength floor, Olympic platforms, cardio, dry sauna, lockers, showers, parking, and the Bee Fit app. Personal training and anything from the shop or smoothie bar are extra. Group Fit classes are extra too, and only at West Cincinnati. North Cincinnati also has a steam room and tanning. West Cincinnati has the protein smoothie bar and the Group Fit Room.

What is the difference between Couple and Family?

Couple is two adults at the same address, on one membership. Family is two adults plus the kids, priced per dependent, starting at $99.99 a month. Checkout will show the price for your household.

What does the enhancement fee cover?

A once-a-year charge on August 1 for equipment and your keyfob. Individual is $29, Couple is $58, Family is $99. Annual plans skip it.

What is the difference between 24/7 access and staffed hours?

Your keyfob opens the door any hour, every day, including holidays. Staff are at the desk during the day for tours, sign-ups and training. Those hours change with the season, so call ahead if you need someone there.

Do you offer a free trial or a guest pass?

The closest thing is a $15 Day Pass: the full club for the day. A West Day Pass includes any Group Fit class running that day. North Cincinnati does not run classes. If you are in town for work or a trip, the Day Pass page also has $50 for 7 days and $60 for 30 days.

Are group fitness classes part of my membership?

Classes are booked separately, and they are only at West Cincinnati. North Cincinnati does not run Group Fit. Members pay a discounted rate for a single class or a pack. Non-members can buy a single class at a higher rate and drop in. Book in the Bee Fit app. A West Day Pass includes any class running that day.

Can I freeze or cancel my membership?

Yes. Call us or use the contact form and we will take care of a freeze or a cancel. There is no cancellation fee on monthly plans.

How old do you have to be to join?

Members 18 and over can join on their own. Ages 13 to 17 can join with a parent or guardian present to sign. Some equipment and hours are restricted for younger members, and everyone needs photo ID to sign up.

Do you offer corporate or group rates?

We quote groups from headcount. Send a note from Contact, or see the Corporate Wellness page, and we will tell you if a group rate works.

It opens the door as a backup to your keyfob, shows the class schedule, lets you book a spot, and lets you update a card or read a statement. The app is free.

Do I need the app?

You do not have to use it. The keyfob opens the door on its own. The app is the easiest way to see the class schedule, book a spot, and update a card.

Where do I download the app?

Search Bee Fit Health Club on the App Store for iPhone, or Bee Fit Health Club on Google Play for Android. Sign in with the same email you used to join.

I cannot sign in. What should I try?

Use the same email you joined with. If that does not get you in, call us or use the contact form and we will help.
