Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of www.joinbeefit.com, operated by Bee Fit Health Club LLC ("Bee Fit", "we", "us"). By using this site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

These are not your membership agreement. A membership, Day Pass or personal-training package is governed by the agreement you accept when you check out or sign in club, together with the club rules posted at each location. Where those differ from this page, they control. See also our Privacy Policy.

Who we are

Bee Fit is a locally owned health club with two Cincinnati locations: North Cincinnati at 1192 W Kemper Rd and West Cincinnati at 5527 Bridgetown Rd. Memberships are sold per club. A keyfob opens the club you join, not both.

Website content

We work to keep this site accurate, but pricing, hours, class schedules, amenities and equipment can change. Nothing here is an offer or a guarantee that a particular price, class, piece of equipment or amenity will be available on a given day. The front desk and the member portal are the source for current pricing and schedules.

Membership prices shown are for the plan described, for new memberships at the time of display. They exclude applicable tax. Monthly plans also carry an annual enhancement fee, billed August 1: $29 Individual, $58 Couple and $99 Family. Prepaid annual Individual and Couple plans skip that fee. Family monthly pricing is a starting price and is billed per dependent at checkout. A $15 Day Pass is sold per club. Corporate rates are quoted from headcount, not a published grid.

Some plans at West Cincinnati do not yet have an online checkout link. In those cases the site says so and you finish signup in the portal or at the front desk.

Health and safety

Exercise carries inherent risk. Anything on this site about training, classes or equipment is general information, not medical advice. Talk to a physician before you start a program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or have been inactive.

Use of the clubs is subject to posted rules, staff instruction and the waiver in your membership or Day Pass agreement. We may refuse entry, or suspend or end a membership, if someone endangers or harasses members or staff, or breaks club rules.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage, disable or impair it.
• Try to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, our member systems, or an account that is not yours.
• Scrape, harvest or bulk-download content, or use automated means to submit forms.
• Submit anything false, abusive, defamatory, or containing malicious code through our forms.

Your messages

If you send us a contact form or email, you are responsible for what you write. You give us permission to use that message to reply and to keep it as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not send information you do not want stored.

Intellectual property

The Bee Fit name, bee logo, site design, photography and written content are owned by Bee Fit or used under license, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view, share links to and print pages for your own personal use. You may not reproduce, republish or use our content commercially without written permission.

Member reviews quoted on the site are reproduced as written from public listings. They are other people's opinions, not promises by Bee Fit.

Third-party services and links

Joining, class booking, billing and door access happen on Club Automation. The Bee Fit iOS and Android apps are the Club Automation member app published for Bee Fit and distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Use of the app is also subject to Daxko's mobile app terms. Club Automation, Apple and Google have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for those services. Location pages may embed Google Maps. Links to other sites are for convenience and are not an endorsement.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

This site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bee Fit Health Club LLC and its owners, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Your responsibility

You agree to cover Bee Fit for losses that come from your misuse of this site, your violation of these terms, or content you submit, to the extent the law allows.

Changes

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page is the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Hamilton County, Ohio.

If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the agreement between you and Bee Fit for use of this website. They do not replace a membership agreement you sign later.
