About this club
Our Kemper Road club is where Bee Fit started. A full strength floor with Olympic platforms, a cardio deck, Group Fitness, dry sauna, steam room, tanning, showers, lockers and a supplement shop, all under one roof at Promenade Plaza. Chalk is welcome and the platforms are yours.
This club was previously at beefitcincy.com. Same gym, same team, same membership. The website simply moved here now that Bee Fit runs more than one club.

Olympic Platforms
Dedicated lifting platforms with bumper plates and competition bars. Chalk is allowed, dropping is allowed, and nobody is going to ask you to keep it down. This is a real lifting gym.
Cardio Deck
Treadmills, upright and recumbent bikes, ellipticals, stair climbers and rowers, all with individual screens. Maintained on a schedule, so the machine you want is the machine that works.
Group Fitness
A rotating schedule of studio classes, booked separately from your membership. Drop in or buy a pack at the front desk. West Cincinnati runs the larger lineup, including infrared-heated and standard classes in the aerobic room.
Personal Training
One-on-one programming with coaches who write real plans and adjust them as you progress, whether you have trained for a decade or never touched a barbell. Sold in sessions and packages at the front desk.
Dry Sauna
A clean, hot, properly maintained dry sauna at both clubs.
Steam Room
North Cincinnati only
Wet heat for after a hard session or a cold Ohio morning. At North Cincinnati, cleaned daily and included with the membership. West Cincinnati does not have a steam room.
Unlimited Tanning
North Cincinnati only
Tanning beds on site at North Cincinnati, unlimited on that club's membership. West Cincinnati does not have tanning.
Locker Rooms & Showers
Clean locker rooms with showers and day lockers, so a morning session does not have to end at home. Maintained throughout the day.
Supplement Shop
Protein, pre-workout and recovery from Redcon1 and Beverly International stocked at the front desk at both clubs, at prices that are not a captive-audience markup.
Heavy Bags
Heavy bags available any time the club is open. Bring your own wraps and gloves and go. No booking, no class required.
